Ian Simpson: Ian is a retired Tweed resident and active volunteer with the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Hospital and the Tweed Valley Justice Association. He serves as a Director of Club Tweed, navigating economic challenges and political uncertainty. Ian was formerly the Chairman of a Mid North Coast country club, where he helped oversee the development of the North Coast High Performance Sport Centre. With a background in public sector management, natural resource management and community engagement, Ian has a lifelong passion for sports, having participated in rugby union, basketball and swimming and also coached and administered in these areas.
