Josh Karp: Josh is the General Manager of Participation & Development at Swimming NSW, where he leads efforts to drive participation growth and create opportunities for all stakeholders in the sport of swimming. This role includes not only supporting swimmers but also developing technical official pathways, strengthening club committees and fostering coach development. With over 10 years of experience in the sport industry, primarily in football (soccer) and swimming, Josh has developed a passion for increasing participation and access, especially in regional and rural areas. Having lived on the Central Coast before relocating to a larger city, he is dedicated to expanding opportunities in these areas. Josh is excited to contribute to the Tweed Shire Council’s PRG and make a meaningful impact on the lives of Tweed Shire residents.
