More about the draft Strategic Plan 2025 -2028
The Gallery undertakes strategic planning every 4 years to guide operations and align with Council’s Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) Framework.
The development of the 2025–2028 Strategic Plan builds on the success of the previous strategic period, which saw award-winning exhibitions, expanded outreach programs and record visitation. Planning for the next cycle has been informed by local, state and national policy, cultural sector trends and extensive community and stakeholder consultation.
The Strategic Plan aligns closely with the Tweed Shire Community Strategic Plan and positions the Gallery as a cultural leader in the region. It supports community wellbeing, creative development and the Tweed’s visitor economy.
