Strategic planning helps ensure the Gallery remains relevant, inclusive and sustainable. It guides decision-making, resource allocation and program development, and ensures alignment with Council’s broader goals and community expectations.

Everyone is welcome to have their say — whether you’re a local resident, artist, visitor, student, or supporter of the arts.

All feedback will be reviewed and considered before the Strategic Plan is finalised. A summary of community input and any resulting changes will be shared publicly sometime after the exhibition period has ended.
