You are invited to review and provide a submission on a Planning Proposal that seeks to allow a medical centre as an additional permitted use with consent at Salt Village Commercial Precinct, Kingscliff. This Planning Proposal is referred to as PP19/0005 (Amendment No. 30 to the Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2014).
The Planning Proposal applies to the commercial tenancies on the southern side of the Salt Village commercial complex within common property under the Strata Scheme, identified as Part Lot 3 SP 74283 and Lot 5 SP 83483, 49-61 Bells Boulevard, Kingscliff.
This amendment would enable the site to be developed for the purpose of a medical centre, subject to a development application being assessed on its planning merits.
The Planning Proposal and supporting information will be on exhibition and open for public comment from 13 November to 13 December 2019.
The progress of the Planning Proposal can also be tracked through the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment’s online tracking portal at http://leptracking.planning.nsw.gov.au/
