Draft Procurement Policy

You are invited to provide feedback on Council's draft Procurement Policy.

The objectives of the draft Procurement Policy are to

  • Ensure Council complies with the relevant NSW Local Government Acts and Regulations, and Tendering Guidelines.
  • Ensure that sustainability underpins all decisions.
  • Define responsibilities and procedures to assist Council in achieving the most advantageous price and purchasing conditions.
  • Overcome duplication and ensure that Council’s procurement policies are best practice and meet the highest level of public accountability.

Written submissions must be received by 4.00 pm on Tuesday 12 May 2020.
