Draft Delivery Program and Operational Plan
You are invited to provide feedback on Council's draft Delivery Program and Operational Plan.
Under the draft Delivery and Operational Plan, in addition to continuing to provide safe roads, clean water, hygienic waste management and a broad range of recreational facilities to our communities, in the coming year Council will progress some major projects including:
- The COVID-19 Care Package
- The redevelopment of the Tweed Heads Civic Centre
- The Industrial Land Swap in Murwillumbah
- The Northern Rivers Rail Trail
- Bush-land and coastal management plans and the Koala Management Plan
- Works associated with the redevelopment of Stotts Creek Resource Recovery Centre
- Construction of a new animal pound facility and the planning phase for raising of Clarrie Hall dam
To assist with your submission, Council is providing the draft Delivery and Operational plan, plus four draft finance documents; which aim to assist Council to meet community demands for services and infrastructure by maximising what it can achieve with its available resources.
