Tweed Shire Council proposes to grant a licence in respect of Council-owned Community land as follows: 

Property: 228 Limpinwood Valley Road, Limpinwood; Lot 731 in DP863375 as outlined in the location diagram shown below. 

Term: Thirteen (13) months and thirteen (13) days. 

Permitted use: Community Hall 

Licensee: Community Printmakers Murwillumbah Inc.
