The Murwillumbah Health Services Survey is being administered by Rural Doctors Network (RDN) and will remain open until Sunday 3 August 2025.

Your feedback will be used to design health services in Murwillumbah that meet community needs. A summary of the results will be available later in the year.

You can find the survey via the Collaborative Care website.
