Section 7.11 Contribution Plan Amendments CP07 West Kingscliff
In response to a submission received on Section 7.11 Contribution Plan No.7 West Kingscliff (CP07) while on public exhibition in June 2022, along with legal advice received on all of Council's contribution plans generally, additional changes have been made and are detailed in the Council report (found in the Documents section). The newly amended plan is on exhibition until 6 February 2023.
This plan is informed by Council strategies and is being re-exhibited in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021.
