Planning Proposal for Lot 1 DP 818394 Clothiers Creek Road Bogangar

Update: Public consultation for this proposal is extended to 5 September 2025 following the identification of document inconsistencies between the NSW Planning Portal and Your Say Tweed. Submissions received during the initial consultation period remain valid.

This planning proposal seeks to amend the Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2014 to enable development of a house on the subject site and apply conservation zoning to ensure high environmental values are protected.
