Vegetation clearing starts
Vegetation clearing along the Murwillumbah to Crabbes Creek rail corridor is due to start at Wooyung Road near Crabbes Creek, working north to the Murwillumbah Railway Station. This will allow the four preferred construction companies to access and inspect the rail infrastructure to prepare their design and costings for the proposed rail trail.
Early Tender Involvement (ETI) workshop
Workshop involving Council and the four short-listed prospective tenderers to provide tenderers with a clearer understanding of the project scope and key issues.
