Proposed classification of land, 39 West End Street, Murwillumbah

Submissions on this proposal were open from 6 March to 3 April 2024.

Two submissions were received. At its meeting on 13 July 2024, Council resolved to classify the land as operational.


Council proposes to classify land at 39 West End Street as operational land (proposed Lots 4, 5 and 6 in the plan of subdivision of Lots 3 and 4 in DP1298421). This is in accordance with the provisions of section 31(2) of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW).

The lots are outlined in the location diagrams shown below.
